We keep this simple: we collect what we need to fill your order and run the business, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us what we have or tell us to delete it.

 

What we collect:

• Order information: Name, shipping address, email, phone number, and details of what you bought. We need this to print, pack, ship, and support your order.

• Payment information: Payments are processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

• Site usage data: Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics / Shopify Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site - pages viewed, device type, general location. This helps us improve the site and our products.

• Marketing data. If you sign up for our email list or opt in at checkout, we store your email address and what you've purchased so we can send relevant updates.

 

What we use it for:

• Fulfilling and shipping your orders

• Customer support and warranty claims

• Sending order confirmations and tracking

• Marketing emails, if you've opted in - unsubscribe any time with one click

• Improving our products and website

• Detecting fraud and keeping the site secure

 

What we share, and with whom:

We share your information only with services required to run the business:

• Payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal) to handle transactions

• Shipping carriers (USPS and others) to deliver your order

• Our e-commerce platform (Wix) which hosts the store and stores order data

• Email service (Klaviyo / Mailchimp) if you're on our mailing list

• Analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta) in aggregate or pseudonymous form, to measure our marketing

 

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Period.

 

Orders placed through Etsy:

If you ordered through our Etsy shop, your data is also governed by Etsy's privacy policy. We receive only what Etsy provides to fulfill your order.

 

Cookies:

Our site uses cookies for the shopping cart, login sessions, and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart may not work without essential cookies.

How long we keep it:

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty support, accounting, and tax requirements (generally 7 years for transaction records). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Wherever you live, you can email us to

• Ask what personal information we have about you

• Correct inaccurate information

• Delete your information (except records we're legally required to keep)

• Opt out of marketing at any time

 

If you're in California, the EU/UK, or another region with specific privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, and similar), these rights are guaranteed by law and we honor them for everyone, regardless of location. We will never discriminate against you for exercising them.

 

Children:

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

 

Security:

Our store runs on Wix with industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all transactions. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can access it.

 

Changes to this policy:

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify customers by email.
