Our printers run around the clock, seven days a week, so trays are always coming off the line. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. When demand outruns production orders ship in the order they're received, and processing may stretch to 5-7 business days. If your order is affected, we'll email you with an honest timeline up front, not after you have to ask.

We ship from Texas via USPS. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days depending on your location.

International orders: International customers should order through our Etsy shop (coming soon). Etsy handles VAT, import duties, and customs paperwork automatically, which means fewer surprises and no unexpected fees at your door. Any duties or taxes charged at checkout are collected by Etsy, not us.

Address errors: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll re-ship it, but we'll need to charge the re-shipping cost. If you catch an address mistake after ordering, contact us immediately - if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it free.

Lost or damaged packages: If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days - we'll open a claim and work with you on a replacement. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. We stand behind every tray we send out.

Order changes and cancellations: We can change or cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible - once a tray is boxed and labeled, it's on its way.
