We stand behind every tray. If something's wrong, we'll fix it - fast, and without making you jump through hoops.

 

The short version:

You have 30 days from delivery. If your tray arrived damaged, doesn't fit your parts the way it should, or just isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or defective trays:

Email us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost - you don't need to mail anything back. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll issue one to your original payment method.

Fitment problems:

Our trays are designed around specific engines, and fit is the whole point. If your parts don't seat correctly in the tray listed for your engine, tell us - we'll replace it, refund you, and in most cases we'll want photos or measurements so we can fix the design for the next guy. That feedback is worth more to us than the tray.
 

Changed your mind?:

No problem. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For unused trays we'll ask you to ship them back at your expense to [address provided on request]; once received, we'll refund the full purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Custom and made-to-measure trays:

Trays built to your specific parts through our custom program are final sale, except for defects or damage - we'll always fix those.

Orders placed through Etsy:

Start your return or refund request through Etsy's order system so everything stays documented on their end. Same 30-day window, same standards.

How refunds work:

Refunds go to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
