These terms govern your use of rockerdock.com and your purchase of products from DC3d Fabrication LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

 

Products:

We design and manufacture parts-organization trays for automotive service work. Product images and colors are representative; minor variations in color and surface finish are normal for 3D-printed products and are not defects. Engine compatibility is listed on each product page - it's your responsibility to confirm the tray matches your engine before ordering, and our responsibility to make fitment information accurate and clear.

 

Orders and payment:

All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment through Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal. An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill - if we do, you'll get a full refund and an explanation.

 

Shipping and returns:

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both incorporated into these terms.

 

Intended use:

Our trays are organizational tools for keeping parts sorted, oriented, and protected during service work. They are not measuring instruments, torque references, or substitutes for a service manual. You remain responsible for correct assembly of your engine. Trays are not rated for direct engine heat, open flame, or use inside a running assembly.

 

Intellectual property:

Our tray designs, 3D models, product names, logos, photographs, and site content are our property and protected by applicable IP law. Purchasing a tray gives you ownership of that physical tray - it does not grant any license to reproduce it. You may not scan, copy, remix, or reproduce our designs, distribute derived 3D model files, or manufacture copies for sale or distribution. We actively protect our design work.

 

Custom tray program:

When you send us parts (rockers, shims, or similar) for measurement under our custom tray program:

• You confirm the parts are yours to send and understand they will not be returned.

• Any tray design we create from your parts is owned by us, including the right to refine it and sell it to other customers. In exchange, you receive the agreed free units and our thanks - your engine knowledge is what makes the catalog grow.

• We are not responsible for normal wear parts sent to us; don't send parts you need back urgently or parts of unusual value.

 

Warranties and disclaimers:

We warrant our trays against defects in materials and workmanship as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Beyond that, products and the site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Limitation of liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages - including engine damage, lost labor time, or lost profits - arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

 

Site use:

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping product data at scale, probing for vulnerabilities, placing fraudulent orders, or impersonating others.

 

Governing law and disputes:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, contact us - nearly every problem is faster to fix by email.

Changes:

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version; continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
